Fabiola graduated from the Universidade Federal da Paraiba-Brazil with a Bachlor’s Degree in Physical Education. Fabiola is also a graduate of the Fitness Institute International and holds the CPTS title, Certified Personal Training Specialist. CPTS It is recognized as the most legally defensible personal trainer certificate in the industry. Fabiola is also certified by ACSM, is an aerobic instructor, a certified fitness assessment specialist and a swimming instructor. Fabiola brings intensity, passion and accountability to help you achieve your goals. |

Roger graduated from the University Federal of Paraiba in Joao Pessoa of Paraiba State Brazil (Brasil) with Bachelor‘s Degree in Physical Education . Roger has Specialized training in the treatment of obesity, swimming for asthmatic population, training for track and field endurance, and elderly training. Roger’s knowledge and warm smile will set anyone at ease who trains with him! |

Renee received her BS degree in Dietetics at the University of Florida. She has been working in the nutrition and weight loss field for 8 years. She also has 20 years combined experience as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. She is certified as a trainer and has taught many specialty fitness classes working with the elderly and with children as well. Renee has lived in 4 different continents, giving her the opportunity to interact with people of various cultures. She has taught fitness workshops in Italy and South America as well. Renee has also lectured for corporate wellness programs such as eDiets.com and H2MHill. Today, her expertise in both fitness and nutrition help her provide a well rounded service to clients, helping to motivate them in reaching their goals to live healthier lives. Renee also speaks fluent Spanish and Italian. |

Scott has a degree in both Dietetics and Exercise Science, as well as a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Florida State University. Scott is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist. Scott is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and AFAA and is a Primary Group Exercise Instructor. Scott has experience in helping people of all ages achieve all of their health, fitness and nutrition goals. Scott improves your quality of life by being your motivation and equips you with all of the knowledge and tools necessary to produce the results you want. |

Jayson has been considered one of the world's premiere sprinters in both the
100m and 200m since qualifying for the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia. Having
most recently competed in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, Jayson also enjoyed a
successful collegiate career while on the track team for Florida State University.
With athletics making up the vast majority of his adult life, Jayson's knowledge
of health and fitness is second to none. With a great personality and a "Win-Win" spirit,
as your personal trainer, Jayson is very confident that he can help you achieve
